At A Unified Mind, healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in relationship: with self, with nature, and with one another. We’re invested in community because connection is medicine. Our circles make room for every part of you—your stories, identities, grief, wonder, and becoming. Through embodied practices, gentle transformation, and relational repair, we’re growing a space where people feel seen, supported, and spiritually nourished.

Belonging you can feel: Create a safe, affirming landing place for LGBTQ+ folks and sensitive souls to be fully themselves—no fixing, no shrinking.
Social and supportive. Gatherings like "Q-offee and Q-onversation", afternoons of game play, meet for hanging out at First Friday, walks in the woods, concerts in the park... Whatever YOU and EVERYONE dream up! This is a collaborative process, this building of community! No frills, no funny business!

Together we will create brave space
Because there is no such thing as a “safe space”
We exist in the real world
We all carry scars and we have all caused wounds.
In this space
We seek to turn down the volume of the outside world,
We amplify voices that fight to be heard elsewhere,
We call each other to more truth and love
We have the right to start somewhere and continue to grow.
We have the responsibility to examine what we think we know,
We will not be perfect.
This space will not be perfect.|
It will not always be what we wish it to be
But It will be our brave space together,
and we will work in it side by side….
